Regular priced merchandise can be returned within 21 days of the order date. Any merchandise returned outside of the 21-day return period will not be accepted.

Returns are for in-store credit or exchange only. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.

Store credit will be applied directly to your customer account for use on future purchases.

Any item listed on sale is considered final sale and will not be accepted for return. No exceptions.


We do not cancel orders once they are placed.

TO QUALIFY FOR A RETURN, ALL ITEMS MUST BE:

-Unworn, unwashed, and in new condition

-Free from deodorant, makeup, smoke, or stains

-Original tags attached

Orders are processed 1-2 business days after your order is placed. You will be notified when your order is either ready for In-Store Pickup or if it has been shipped out. 


Orders needing shipped out will be be sent out via USPS standard ground shipping or UPS Ground unless otherwise requested by customer. Once an order has been shipped it can not be changed to expedited shipping. 


A flat rate shipping fee of $6.00 will be charged at checkout. 

LOCAL PICKUP:

Location: 106 S Lynn St, Bryan OH (Magnolia Roots Hair Co.)

Local pick up orders will be processed and ready the next business day. You will receive a shipment/fulfilled notification when your order is ready to pickup.


Please wait till you have received a notification that your order is ready for pick up before you come to pick up your order. 


We ask that you have your order picked up within 1 week of placing your order

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. Please contact USPS or UPS with your tracking number for assistance.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you received defective or damaged merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. We are not responsible for items damaged after wear or washing.
